Right here in Yorba Linda, the annual Yorba Linda Fourth of July Spectacular start at 5:30 p.m. with family activities, food vendors and a children’s area at Veterans Park and Yorba Linda Middle School. Did you know that Yorba Linda is officially 50 years old? It is and will be celebrated also. The fireworks begin at 9pm at Veterans Park located at 4756 Valley View Ave.
In nearby Fullerton, their annual Fourth of July Fireworks Festival will be held on Fullerton Union High School’s softball field. It features food & drink booths, live music, and more. The fireworks show starts at 9 p.m.
Brea has their 38th annual July 4 Country Fair at Brea City Hall and Park. Day-long festivities begin with the Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast at 7 –11 a.m., and the fair officially opens at 9 a.m. with free entertainment until 3 p.m. They are also having a classic car show there to check out. Activities include live performances by Darden Family, Whiskey Hayride, Chico, and The Wonderelles, Kiddie Parade, Beautiful Baby and Bow Wow Contests, Teen Fun Area and Little Kids Fun Area, Pie Eating and Hula Hoop Contests, Craft Area, $2 swimming at the Plunge (for all ages) petting zoo, food and game booths, exhibit at the Brea Museum and Heritage Center and trolley tours of Olinda Oil Museum and Trail and much more.
